The service
Sponsley provides sponsor-management tools for newsletter operators: prospecting, campaigns, contracts, escrow payments and reports. Early-access features may change as we iterate.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your credentials private. You retain full ownership of your sponsor and audience data.
Payments
Subscription terms are agreed at sign-up. Invoicing between you and your sponsors happens under your own name; Sponsley is not a party to those transactions and takes no commission.
Liability
Sponsley is provided as-is during early access. We work hard to keep the service reliable and your data safe, but we can't accept liability for indirect losses.
